As the oldest higher education consortium in
the State, the Association has served its purposes well over the years,
being largely responsible for: the development of early articulation
agreements between and among various member institutions; the early
development and administration of the Minority Fellowship Program (The
McKnight Program); sponsorship and support of the Florida Campus Compact
(community service learning) program; and continuing efforts to strengthen
K-12 educational programs.
